Hello Families,
We have had a very busy week! Students have been solving words problems in math. A problem that we solved this week is: If Sam had exactly six coins how many combinations could be made between 75 and 100 cents. Students came up with many different combinations. In english we wrote several sentences on different topics and began brainstorming to write spooky stories. In Social Studies students created flip books in their visual journals to learn about the earth and its continents.
Reminders:
Fall break is coming. Last day of classes is November 8 and classes resume November 15
Days off from school for fall break Nov. 9- Nov. 14
