Hello Families,
I hope you had an opportunity to see your children's fall tree reflection painting as well as their pet rocks. Students have been working hard to complete these projects! Halloween is next Monday, students will have the opportunity to wear their costumes in the afternoon. We ask that they please leave any masks or distracting props at home as we will still be engaging in learning activities :-). If you wish you can send a special snack with your child, it must be only for them and individually wrapped. If your child has special make up to wear and needs your assistance please put it on at home before they come on Halloween morning. Please do not send any treats in for Halloween for the class. If you would like pencils, erasers, Halloween specific craft supplies and books are always appreciated!

In our class we are learning about the rights and responsibilities of a child. Students have learned that with their rights comes responsibilities. Ex. They have a right to be educated but a responsibility to commit to their learning. Please see below for some resources to support this learning. Students have been doing a fantastic job with morning and afternoon announcements in preparation for our Terry Fox run.
