Please see below for a few things that went well this week!
In science our class began learning about Rocks and Minerals, students searched for their own rock. They sketched it and identified its attributes.
In Math we continued to review place value and to skip count by 3's and 4's. Our class noticed there was a connection between skip counting and multiplication.
Our class learnt two new games that we're called around the world and keeper of the keys. Ask your child how to play!

In Social Studies students have begun to learn about the seven continents and their countries, first by identifying where their own families are from in the world. We have had great discussions about students ancestors.
